Is the vending machine really free?+
Yes. For approved sites, there is no charge for the machine, delivery, installation, routine servicing or restocking. Bite & Buzz operates the machine and earns from product sales.
Do we have to sign a long contract?+
No long lock-in is required. If the service is no longer right for your workplace, the machine can be removed with one month’s notice, subject to the service agreement.
Who chooses the products?+
We start with a proven range of popular snacks and drinks, then adjust the mix using sales data and feedback from your team.
Who fixes the machine if something goes wrong?+
We do. Contact our service team and we’ll arrange support. Routine maintenance and repairs are managed by Bite & Buzz.
What does our site need?+
A safe indoor position, a standard power socket, suitable access for delivery and enough regular users to support the service.
